Shop Countries Products

Hi ppl,

 

a shop has to be set up for abount 17 countries. But almost all of them are in english language. The shop must stay on one server, not more installations. The only problem is, that there is a need to set some products for some contries on/offline.

 

Lets say, the UK Shop gets all products, but the Italian Shop (also in english language) gets only 43 of 45 items.

 

Is there a contrib available for a special request like this ? If not, does anyone have any idea how to implement this need ?
