Orders not showing in admin

Maybe someone can help me. I've just installed osCommerce for my new site. I've been ironing out issues and installing mods for the past couple of weeks trying to get all squared away.

 

Prior to the other day, orders were showing up in admin fine, but sometime between then and now, something "broke".

 

If I go to the "Customers" section of the admin and click on the "customers" subsection, my customers are listed. However, if I click on orders, their orders are not listed. BUT, if I type in a particular order number at the top left, it will bring up that order.

 

I see looking in my database that the orders are saved there, but for some reason the "orders" area of my site isn't pulling them up.

 

I'm not entirely certain why that would be. Any ideas.

Looking directly at the orders table in the database what is the orders_status field value?

 

Then look in the orders_status table and verify there is a record with the value from the orders table.

i just got this same problem, but not sure what you mean? i am in the DB and i have found the osc_Orders_status

 

when i go into it, it gives me

 

Structure, Browse, SQL, Select,insert, Export, Empty & Drop

 

Which tab do i use?

 

if i "browse" i can see the data that has been entered ( orders with address etc.)

I checked and there is Value. 1 (Pending).

However I can not see anything in Admin panel.

i found that when it happend to me is when i was playing with the Banner Manager, when i made the banner inactive the orders came back..... try that if your using banners.

I just set up order positions menu. At least, You shold have one order position.
