Guest Posted December 15, 2004 Posted December 15, 2004 Hi, Anyone know the easiest/best way to take the FIRST comment that's entered when an order is placed, and put it on the Invoice or packing slip form? I've found that many times a customer will place an order, and put "special requests" there, which can be missed if we don't look at EVERY order that comes in... Tough at Christmas time!! Thanks
