Place order but don't pay

I've searched the forums and contributions, but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Has anyone come across a way to use OSCommerce as an ordering system without payment. In other words, I want the customer to be able to go to the online store and select items to buy, and the checkout process just sends the order info to me. There is no payment done on-line. I will then manually contact the customer, set him up in our database, run a credit check, etc. before actually processing the order by hand.

I don't know if there is anything specifically made for this, but if you want your customers to go through the full checkout process and just not pay as they will be contacted by you. I would edit one of the non payment modules, like the bank transfer one. Change all the text etc to suit what you want to say and only have that one activated in your admin as a payment module. This way the process will be completed , confirmation will be sent to your customer saying whatever you want etc etc.
