bubbasplitshot Posted December 15, 2004 Posted December 15, 2004 Could some kind soul point me to a good oscommerce module which supports online chat from store customers? I tried Live Support Plus v1.00 by Acheron but it doesn't indicate status and I'm having this odd problem where the staff interface gets a "ring" but can't seem to answer. I had it working for a minute then in stopped.. again... but even so, there's no online status for the user to see if anyone is available to chat. So I'm looking for a better chat module... Thanks!
