Re-Directing

I have added a new page to the Informations Box

 

Now I want to just set this page to re-direct to a page outside of osComm on my site

 

I am trying to use this

But it is not working in with the php..

 

How can I do this????

Or will the above java code work in php with extra coding..

 

If so, what should I do codewise to get it to work??
