Orders not showing up in the admin

Hi I am wondering if anyone could help me on this one. I just installed an oscommerce store. When I place orders on the site they get inserted into the database and all seems fine but when I got to admin side of the site and click on orders I only see the sample orders that come with the oscommerce install.

 

Anyone got any idea what could be causing this? :'(

A lot of the time this problem is caused by the customer not completeing the order confirmation, what payment processor are you using?

 

If it is paypal then you need to install the paypal ipn module which will take care of this for you, otherwise try installing the held orders contribution then you will be able to confirm this order manually.

It must be something in the configuration file of the admin i guess i will have to look into it more.
