ClydeD Posted December 14, 2004 Share Posted December 14, 2004 Hi guys, Hope you can help me out with this one. We?ve been working with Oscommerce since september this year. Everythings seemed to be working fine. After a few weeks we started to receive complaits from customers that they we?re forced to login and we can?t seem to figure out what is going on. :'( It seems that as soon as the online users exeeds 20+ users, users are randomly redirected to the login page selecting a rondom link. Sometimes the users are immediatly redirected trying to access the homepage. The more users are on line the greater the problem. Clicking on the ?back? button on the browser returns the customer to the shop but after a couple of clicks the user is turned back to the login page. :angry: As far as we can figure out this only happens with guest users. Most users are normally online between 10am - 11am and 5pm - 7pm. Guest Posted December 14, 2004 Share Posted December 14, 2004 it is most likely aol users, turn off just about all the different settings in the sessions part of the admin and see what you get. also you should not be using ssl for all your pages, let osCommerce handle the ssl automatically.
