Images not displaying

Hope some one can help here, i have had my shopping cart working fine and still does except that after having a SSL cert installed and accessing the pages with https no images display??

 

The pages can be seen using http or https and both work fine except no images just placeholders when using https

 

I have checked the configure.php /

 

Any ideas
