First of all the state is not showing on invoices or oders and the zip is shown then city, and of course no state. Example: Customer X 1234 S this Road 23456 Virginia Beach United States When it should be like: Customer Y 123 w This Road Bridgeville, Pennsylvania 15017 United States How can I get this to display right again. When customers buy stuff it does ask for everything. It just don't display on invoices or oders. Steve :'(

We have having a similar issue when pulling Labels from our Batch Print -- Zip code is not showing, and we'd like to remove the County. Any help would be appreciated!! Guest Posted May 16, 2005 Posted May 16, 2005 Hi Vger, Hmmm...wondering if I have a bigger problem then I though. I looked at Customer Details under Config and there is no zipcode/post code to edit -- there is only gender, DOB, suburb and state. Should I be seeing zip/post code. The info is captured, as I do see it in the customer "order process" email. I just cannot see it when I pull invoices or labels...via Batch or one-by-one. Any insight is appreciated.
