How to change the information text

Hello guys i have to start by saying that oscommerce is great, ok that out of the way here is my question, i have a problem with locating the information.php so that i can change the information there, i simply dont know where it is.

 

I open the information.php but of course is not there... theres the top part and the header and in the middle says <?php echo TEXT_INFORMATION; how can i change my information?
