UPS Help! - RES _and_ COM Shipping

Our store ships to Residential & Commercial locations. Does anyone know how to employ both of these options? UPS charges an extra 2 bucks or so (per box) to RES delivery & and I really like to not lose that 2 dollars on our RES deliveries.
