Option base product

Hi is there a contribution for an option base product, like in clickcartpro, what it does, if you select option based

1) the regular price does not show

2) you add option like : large $10.00, small $5.00

when you click on the product you have to chose one option ex: small $5.00 and the price will be $5.00

 

and is it possible to chose more than one option ex: having a radio box for each option

 

also is there a way to add affiliated accounts?

Does anyone know if OPTION TYPE FEATURE v1.71 works with EASY POPULATE v1.74 ?

 

For example, with these new types of attributes be exported (and imported) with the Easy Populate contribution?
