Im Having A Few Configuration Problems

My first problem:

 

I am trying to setup my stores zone.

 

I go to 'Configuration', 'My Store' and then 'Zone' exspecting to be able to select my zones store from the drop down list.

However there are no zones in the drop down list?

 

My Second Problem:

 

I am using 'Table Rate' as my postage method. For some reason if you are buying 1 product will will try charging postage for 2, for 2 product 3 and so on?

 

If anyone knows whats going wrong please help.

Re., Zones, it depends which country you are located in. osCommerce, for instance, does not contain any zones (or counties) for the United Kingdom - so you have to go to the Contributions section and download an sql file that contains the UK counties, and then import them into your database via phpMyAdmin. You'll then be able to select one of the counties as the zone for your store.

 

As for table rate - don't use it, sorry!
