Where can I find the setting for pop up window when you click on image need to make larger and change background color. :-"

The default size of images in listed in your osCommerce control panel under Configuration --> Images

 

To change the background colour you'll need to look through stylesheet.css until you find the correct entry.

Thanks Vger image is not the problem looking to resize pop up window. Resized the image in control panel but pop up is too small. Have seen somewhere pop up window size just can not find it now.
