bts1428 Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 My store is working nice and smooth until I realized that when somebody buys from me I don't have the item I'm selling because it doesn't update my inventory why is it doing this? Before it use to subtract it every time somebody buys from me. Please help.. TY..

Also check and see if it does this for all payment methods or just one of them. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? With MP3 downloads it subtracts but with actual CD's I have it won't. Thats why It's kinda weird why it's doing this. I also have a paypal IPN mod in it and I was sure that it work then before that. There was a time I saw somebody testing my store and buying everything I have but don't finish check out. You think that would be one of the reason?

I found out that my store has the download manager located under "configuration". A few weeks ago, for some stupid reason.... I changed the option setting for "enable download" from false to true. That was the cause. As soon as I switched it back to "false" my inventory is again working fine. I do not offer any downloads so it was kind of stupid of me to change the setting. It took me over 6 hours to finally figure it out. I hope this helps you. Thank you very much for your reply! Good Luck!!
