abbiati50 Posted December 12, 2004 Posted December 12, 2004 Good day all. we are using oscommerce since quite a while - but have a little problem - mostly seelling downlodable products - with downloads links delivered by os as soon a customer completed a transaction - we find that some customers are able to download the file mostly on a zip format - but there is also quite a good number of customers wich can not download - as when they click on the download link - they are only returned a zip of 0 in size - basically an empty zip. how can this be fixed?? thanks marc :thumbsup:
