eist1
I'm having a problem with the Gift Voucher email link. When clicking it, it tries to goto the webpage but just hangs, and eventually timesout. The Gift Voucher is worth $50.00 To redeem this Gift Voucher, please click on the link below. Please also write down the redemption code which is zz00da in case you have any problems. https://host246.ipowerweb.com/~xxxxxxxx/eco...hp/gv_no,zz00da or visit https://host246.ipowerweb.com/~xxxxxxxx/eco...rce/os/catalog/ and enter the code during the checkout process I have replaced the gv_redeem.php file, but still getting nowhere

data2700
Anyone have any ideas? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Im working through a problem similar to this one in another forum (can I mention the name here or is that bad form?) and happened to be here trying to see if anyone had the same problem. It seems to be a syntax problem with the admin/include/configure.php try doublechecking and making sure all of your paths are correct. I will post my results if (with the help of the folks on the other forum) I get everything working correctly.

It seems to be a syntax problem with the admin/include/configure.php try doublechecking and making sure all of your paths are correct. I will post my results if (with the help of the folks on the other forum) I get everything working correctly. check your DIR_WS_CATALOG variable in your catalog/configure.php. This should be a path and not a URL (this was the solution I got from the other forum and it worked. If the variable is not set correctly, the URL that is generated will contain TWO URLs and they do not have any spaces between them, which totally throws off the browser and creates the browser hanging response) Good luck !
