checked the first shipping option

I like the first shipping option to be checked, and background highlighted.

The osc code highlighted the last option and checks the second option.

With my modifying it highlighted the first and last option and checked the second option.

find this in checkout_shipping.

At first, it selects the cheapest method.

Ok, the problem was that the sort order was 1,2,3 not 0,1,2.

When 0,1,2 it select the one I like, but it now it show it as the last option not as the first, how to change the sort order? Also the highlighted are the 2 option not chosen, I think the highlighted most be the selected one, how to do that?
