napogee
I am looking for a contribution (I failed to find one) that can organize my orders. I have many orders per day and sometimes customers have questions about their order, I ask them for their last name and it takes me almost 6 minutes to dig in the delivered atatus orders and find his order name and details. Is there a quicker method / contribution of finding an order by the last name. ~ Jess

Rob123
You can search for the customer's last name by going to your Admin Administration > Customers Type the customer's last name in the search box in the upper right. HTH, Robert

HTH, Robert <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi, I know that option, but that does not show me the order details. It just shows me the customer details. Any others help would be deeply appreciated. ~ Jess
Rob123
Any others help would be deeply appreciated.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm hurt.... but I'll still try to help you. Step 1. Search for your customer as instructed above. Step 2. Select your customer by highlighting the customer's row. (You may skip this step if only one customer is returned) Step 3. Click the button that says "Orders" Step 4. Click the appropiate order that customer has placed (You may skip this step if only one order is returned) Step 5. Click "Edit", "Invoice" or "Packing Slip". HTH, Robert
