If x number of one item bought then free shipping

I have been looking for hours and have not found anything that suits me.

 

Has anyone seen or have any idea of how to implement a module that looks at how many of one item have been purchased, then if the number of item is over say 10 then shipping is free.?

 

I need to be able to specify which items are included in the free shipping promotion.

 

Any ideas
