general.php error

I recently ported my site over to a new server, and while trying to register for a new user account, I encountered the following error:

 

Warning: Missing argument 3 for tep_get_zone_name() in D:\Clients\10351\www.bestoffer4it.com\www.bestoffer4it.com\includes\functions\general.php on line 253

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at D:\Clients\10351\www.bestoffer4it.com\www.bestoffer4it.com\includes\functions\general.php:253) in D:\Clients\10351\www.bestoffer4it.com\www.bestoffer4it.com\includes\functions\general.php on line 18

 

Can anybody enlighten me on this problem? >_<

I'm having the same problems. I have a beta site I'm just about finished with on one server, and I'm getting problems with it when moving it over to a different server, or ceating a new OSC install with a PHPBB module.

 

I'm not 100% certain but I'm thinking the problem is either with my version of MYSQL or PHP (both recent versions) on the new server. It's the only two reasons I can find for it not working.

 

Have you managed to figure this one out?
