e-mail confirmation when usure of stock levels

Hi Guys,

 

I have a travel website which is looking to now take hotel booking in Cambodia, the problem is Cambodian hotels aren't exactly tech savvy so we can't opperate a live booking system.

 

What I would like to do is feature the hotels on OsCommerce where the customer can fill in the dates and how many night etc then go to a screen telling them we will confirm the booking via e-mail within 24hrs.

 

This means that we aren't effectivly checking the stock on OsCommerse, so all that needs to be stored on the order form is Product (Hotel Name) and Quantity (number of nights).

 

When an e-mail is sent to the customer confirming the booking I would like it to contain a link which takes them back to the check out of their previous enquiry, so they can pay if they wish to proceed.

 

Is this possible?

 

If so, is it easy?
