How to add merchant account???

At what step do I add the merchant account? is there a tutorial for this?

Setting up a Merchant Account (I assume you mean getting a Merchant ID?) has nothing to do with osCommerce itself. Once you have a Merchant ID (which usually takes about 3 months to achieve), and you have a payment gateway provider, then you should be able to use your Merchant ID, and the settings of your payment gateway provider, to accept debit and credit card payments by installing and modifying the Credit Card default module in osCommerce.
