Easy populate empty downloaded file

I have installed easy populate 2.7.2 sucessfully and upload my 1500 products no problem.

 

I have now installed attributes sets and another attributes contribute successfully.

 

I now try to download the easy populate complete file and downloads an empty file.

 

I have read the notes and understood that any alterations to the DB could cause easypop not to work correctly.

 

I can still upload a split file or download a file with only say model and price.

 

Do I need to added code to my easypopualte.php file???

 

I want to now retail price and thumbnail field is this possible too????

 

Has anyone else come accross this problem.

did you add the fields to ep that you have in your database?

No I have not yet added the new fields to the ep file, I understand I have to do this, but unsure how, that link you suggest does not help me, can you advise any further please???

I have managed to install EP fine. But now I have added all 1500 products I am unable to download the text file with the data in.

 

I am able to upload and update data, but not download now.

 

This is a problem for me now as I want to add headers to ep now and want to download the new field stucture in the downloaded ep file.

 

I have look in the support tread you pointed me to and many other places, with no answer. Can you point me in the right direction ?????
