If you mean the info boxes on the left and right hand side, their width is set in includes/application top. The rest of the page is set to 100%, so the content in the middle of the page will stretch to match the size of the screen resolution e.g. 800x600 or 1024x768 etc. The only way of changing this is to make your site a fixed width. I have just done a contribution for this which can be found here. It is set for an 800x600 screen size, but that can be easily altered http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2710 Vger
