checkout_success.php error

I get this error message when anyone checks out under any method but the order still goes through.

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_db_connect() (previously declared in /hsphere/local/home/eldorado/mexarte.com/catalog/includes/functions/database.php:13) in /hsphere/local/home/eldorado/mexarte.com/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 13

Next time it would be helpful to instead say how you fixed it, so people who have the same/similar problem could know how to fix it.

I had the checkout_success.php from catalog and the one from includes/languages/english mixed up.
