customer's order not there

I am running a pretty basic oscommerce, no skinning or anything. Just installed the store pickup and Canada post shipping modules.

 

I have had a customer put through an order using 2Checkout. I got the confirmation email from 2checkout saying that I have recevied his payment, however no orders show up in the oscommerce admin panel, and he was unsure whether it went through or not...

Is there some know issue in the checkout system that needs to be addressed?

in addition, the customer who made the purchase did not get any confirmation emails or anything from the store. He only got a confirming email from 2Checkout which just confused the hell out of him  :blink:

 

 

Do you know if he followed the finalize ordr link at 2checkout?

 

If he didn't then the store won't know that he made the purchase.
