ErikOS Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 I am using UPS XML rates v1.0 and have an account with UPS. It's not showing up in my checkout process where it showing shipping method for delivery. I installed the modules and put the setting in developer access #, user name etc... Can anyone help to troubleshoot? I have no errors so don't know where to start???? Help???? :'( Quote

I accidently select a zone to use the UPS for, so I put the setting to none and everything worked. I was limiting it to a state. When I picked all states everything worked. :D Quote
