travisb Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 We need to charge sales tax for a couple different states. For example if a customer is in VA we charge 5%, or 6% if in PA. However, all customers, whether they are in VA or PA or anywhere else, get charged 11% (5% + 6% = 11%). How can I fix this?

How can I fix this? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> In the knowledge base you will find instructions for setting up a tax zone. You will need to setup two seperate zones so that only customers in those specific zones get charged the tax rate. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution?
