how to remove "Let's See What We Have Here"

When you click on a catagory in the catagory box, it shows the products in that catagory. I want to change the "Let's See What We Have Here" on the top of this page to something else. I removed it once before on a different website, but I can't find it now. Which file is it??

all definitions are in the includes/language directory, either search english.php or deeper in each directory for anything and everything you want to change text wise.
