Missing payment modules

Please excuse me im new to the oscommerce family. I have recently rebuilt my store and after doing some testing i noticed that a payment option is not available how ever in my admin panel i have all the ones i need selected...ie CC and paypal. the reason i rebuilt the store was to fix an issue of having only COD as an option....

 

 

 

Please help someone please i need to get my site up by next week......

 

PS ive spent days searching but havent found anything to resolve my issue......or that sounds exactly as mine.....
