Quick Unusual Problem with STS 2.01

Hello everyone. I hope it's okay to post about STS here. In any case, I have a weird problem that doesn't make any sense to me. When I use the default template that comes with the STS dist, my boxes all have nice little purplish borders around them. How ever, I have switched the template, and now only the top corners of the boarders are there. I copied the code output by both templates for one of the boxes, and they appeared to be identical. I also went back through the default template looking for any important code or variables that I'd missed, but found nothing. I did some google searches but didn't come up with any answers, so I decided to try posting here. I'd appreciate any solutions or suggestions.
