I want more specials to be listed down the right

I want to see 3 or more items listed as specials in the specials box on the right hand side of the page. How do I go about doing that?

Wanted to explain more clearly. I want 3 or more of the pics, name and price/sales price listed in a row on the right. By default there is just one.
