Installation error

Brand new installation and dont know if I am doing it correctly. When I click the "Install" button through my browser i get a "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: osc_draw_checkbox_field() in /home/pbnet/catalog/install.php on line 24" at the Import Database Catalog.

 

I checked PHP and there is no specific function called osc_draw_checkbox_field and I did not see a function created in hte install.php page. Any help?

The fie pathway to input in your browser is http://localhost/catalog/install (nothing else), or for an online install it's http://www.yourdomain.com/catalog/install

 

Also, have you created a database? You need to do this in your phpmyadmin before you try to install osCommerce

 

A good starting point (before trying to install) is to read the Install procedure in the Knowledge Base.

FYI db is setup (at least initialized)

 

Also i did read directions and they claim to use www.yourdomain.com/catalog (without the /install) I will try it under a new folder.

I have created a database. But I can't install on Localhost. I have a question at: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=125712 can you help me to solve this.
