Shipping by zip code anyone?

Hi all,

 

I have a US customer that demands shipping by weight by zip code (postal code). I suppose I can hack any number of the state-based zone shipping modules and contributions but before I do that I wanted to check to see if anyone already has this so I don't re-invent the wheel.

 

Anyone know of such an animal?
