contact us - no email goes to server

:'( I think i need to maybe change or add something in the "contact us.PHP" file to make this feature work.

if you send email using the contact us feature on my site ( discountfishingsupplies.co.nz ) it says email has been succesfully sent. But there is no email on my server in cpanel. i can send emails to my shop address from home computer. just the one built into shop does not go anywhere.
