Hello all...

I am a newbie to installing and releasing an osCommerce store. I am at the end of getting products uploaded and the payment integration together.

Can you please take a review and give me your thoughts? I need anything you can tell me since I am wet behind the ears. Any and all comments are appreciated...such as any contribution I need?

I have taken a bunch of comments from other posts, and that is helpful too.

It's a nice implementation of a free template...spoiled by your logo :( That Logo needs to be made much more professional.

Nice Site, but it just seems to me that your left column is over powering your page. The page doesn't seem to be symetrically balanced. I would make both the left & right column the same size with the middle column bigger than the two side columns. Or better yet, get rid of the right column, put you search box in the header part underneath the BBB signage, the specials & Information Boxes in the left column and the payment icons at the footer. Also, lose the OsCommerce in the title on the browser.

Just a suggestion.

That is excellent feedback, thank you...good ideas.

I would certainly remove the product counts on your catagories.

I think you logo is OK, a little big but your main problem is the grey background, do something a little more exciting with it.

Crap, but only an idea....

Also change the Oscommerce wording to the name of your store at the top of the browser window, You'll find the title in english.php.

Hi Joe....just a few suggestions: the design seems a little cluttered---why not move the BBB logo & 'back in the saddle' banner somewhere less obtrusive....remove the stock osCommerce gifs....like amanda said, some of the image sizes are way too big (bmps should be replaced).

Good luck,

Pete
