Hi everyone,

I am the original author of phpJobScheduler which was been added by a third party as a contribution Oct 2003 and named "Job Scheduler":

http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1612

The original application is now out of date and an upgrade has already been submitted but still await the manual approval.

The new contribution is called osCAutoMySQLBackup, its free and integrates with your osCommerce installation. Free download here:

http://www.dwalker.co.uk/oscautomysqlbackup/

phpJobScheduler ("Job Scheduler") is integrated within osCAutoMySQLBackup and you can add as many additional scheduled jobs as required. :)

If this not the best place to post then please remove/move to most relevant place.

Thanks

All the best

Dave

Hi Dave;

I'm looking at the old Job Scheduler contribution you made and am wondering if it will work with this scenario....

I would like to automate the currency updates. To that end I have a .php file that when run does this.

I have no ability to schedule cron jobs on my hosting account. So, I was wondering if your original contribution would accomodate this feature?

Also, is the minimum run time every hour or can it be less?

Best & Thanks;
Marvin
