Guest Posted December 11, 2004 Posted December 11, 2004 Anyone can help on this issue??? Any ideas????
♥Vger Posted December 11, 2004 Posted December 11, 2004 After you have placed the html code into the text box in the newsletter manager have you then clicked the 'preview' button? HTML code only works with the newsletter manager if html is enabled under your e-mail options in Configuration. Also e-mails sent to an individual person, using the 'send e-mail' feature under Newsletter Manager are set to go as text. There is a fix for this, search this forum and the Installation forum for recent posts by TCWho. Vger
