It allows you to set both width and height limits for an image thumbnail, but keeps the correct proportions. I had it installed with a previous host, and want to re-install it, but can't seem to find it. Help! :)

My problew was a little bit different than yours though. I didn't need to set the height and width. I went to the Configuration -> Images in the Admin area and made it so that the 'Small Image Height' was blank and I set a value for the 'Small Image Width' (could have been vice-versa), that makes the thumbails proportional.
