Checkout Confirmation Problem

I need to know how to change the "Sub-Total" to something else in the checkout_confirmation.php . I've looked everywhere even in SQL table. I JUST CAN'T FIND IT! PLEEEEEASE HELP :D

have a look in module ot_sub_total.php

 

it is in includes/modules/order_total/
