Two Tax Tiers, Displaying in processing

Hi.

 

I asked before but was un-successful in getting an answer. I need to show two taxes on separate lines for a cart I did up for my store here in Ontario Canada. I need one line to show GST and to be processed on all orders in Canada except for 3 provinces. I need a line called PST to show the Provincal Tax for orders in Ontario, and I need one called HST to show up instead of GST and PST for orders matching the three provinces.

 

How do i do this?
