Guest Posted December 8, 2004 Posted December 8, 2004 Hi all. I am hoping that SOMEONE will be able to help me. For some reason when a customer makes a purchase using the Paycom module the price of the product itsn't being sent to the processor. In this case Paycom lowlevel mod. For some reason it seems in the code that the price being sent is $0.00. I have never had this problem before with other merchant account setups. So in effect customers are getting the products for free. I need to fix this ASAP. Also I noticed that the new OSC doesnt have the CVV box for CC transactions. Why was that taken out? I have tried using the mods provided here and NONE of them work for me. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? I simply installed the script as usual, and then installed the mod and it doesnt work. So in effect the ability to process with this module has never worked. I've tried it on 3 different stores and it doesn't work on any of them. So far paycom has been about as useful as a screendoor on a submarine. Of course they keep telling me its third party. But you'd think for the sake of keeping the customer happy that they would want to get the module working. Thank you very much for your reply.
