Moving to new server, works fine but need advice

I have moved my server, by just ftp downloading my entire site from my original server to my computer, then ftp'd it up to the new server and changed the config file entries to get it working on the new database. I backed up the database and uploaded it aswell. Everything seems to be working but I have not moved the url yet, so testing is kind of limited.

 

Should I expect any problems with modules I have installed such as my merchant account, Shipping modules like usps and ups.. ie, anything that connects to a different server? they dont store my sites IP do they and only deal with one??? paypal IPN is another one I have
