Changing columns in admin/orders.php

My site is for the download of mp3's, or purchase of CD's or tapes.

 

I would like to add a column to the admin/orders.php page to show which media(s) the customer has ordered, so that I don't have to look in each separate order to see if I have to ship things out?

 

Anyone know how to do this?
