trippintees Posted December 6, 2004 Posted December 6, 2004 Ok this is wierd. I instaled this module about two months ago. Life was great, lots of orders processed on the fly. Cool. Then a week agao it just stopped working and now I get the dreaded cannot connect error, check your curl settings. I did not make any changes to os commerce, so I called my host. They swear they had not touched the curl and that it was installed, comiled and that all servers were up and running as usual. Next I contacted a.net and the tech watched as I placed a few test orders and never say my site attempting to connect. Then I went back and had the host check the server / curl / php everything again and they insist that everything is in working order. I am on a shared ssl and no one else is having any issues. I then re-installed the module and still cannot connect. Does anyone have any ideas ? Anything else I should check? Remember it work fine ofr two months. Any help would be appreciated. Guest Posted December 6, 2004 Posted December 6, 2004 ask what version of curl you are running and what version of php you are also running . . could be they may have modified or recompiled php and using an older version of curl. better yet, if you can get to the shell prompt, or ask them to run the command. curl -V and have them give you the response.

ozcsys Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 Have you tried the authorize.net contribution with the curl fix. I have used it when having problems even when it looked like I should not be and it helped. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
