Customers State no showing on Invoice or

I had an issue last week with shipping and credit card options not coming up for customers out of the state of indiana, got this fixed.

 

Now when a customer makes a purchase there State is no showing up on the Invoice or under Customer Details

Check in your osCommerce control panel, under Customer Details to make sure that 'State' is set to 'true'

I checked that out and yes state is set to TRUE

 

What else?

have you any luck? we have similar problem.. no state showing in dfatabase or clients info!

I'm having a very similar problem, except the state is now always defaulting to Alabama, no matter what state is typed in. Used to work, but just stopped when August came around. Really wierd...
