Modify a Module

I found a module which works like what I need.

 

I wan to send 4 parameters to my merchant with post.

MID" value=00019001-36> ---> No change

Amount" name="Amount" value="3" --> Total order price

ResNum" name="ResNum" value="783 ---> Order Number of OsCommerce

RedirectURL" value="http://210.5.233.131/SKWMP/ConfirmReservations.aspx

 

I want to know what is the Total price Variant and Order Number Variant in OsComemrce. So if I post the 4 above parameters to my Merchant my module is woking.

Can any one make this module for me ?

 

I have created the HTML at : https://persis.ir/main/test.html

 

However, I want it to be Payment Module with the standards so it works in OsCommerce.
