When I get to the "Payment Information" section of "Checkout" I read for the Payment Method "This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order.". Nothing else, zippo. When I install other Credit Card module, the credit card form will appear but NOT the PayPal option. This isn't the norm is it? Dave.
